Salon Policies

To provide every client with the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to review our salon policies before booking.

Booking Rules

All appointments must be booked online via our booking page. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Please ensure you select the correct service(s), options/variants (if applicable), and duration. Arrive on time with your hair prepared as requested in the service description to avoid delays.

Service Options / Variants

Some services include options (variants) such as size, length, add-ons, or style variations. These options can affect price and/or duration. Please review and select the correct options during booking.

Rescheduling only changes the date and time. If you need to change your service or options/variants, you must create a new booking (or contact us if you need help).

Client Portal (Online Account)

If you create a client profile, you can manage your appointments online. Your portal includes two areas: Upcoming and History.

  • Upcoming: cancel (within the allowed window), reschedule (date & time only, within the allowed window), view receipts, and complete a payment that wasn’t finished.
  • Payment completion: if an appointment payment is not completed within 30 minutes, it expires and you must create a new booking.
  • History: rebook a past appointment and view receipts.

Profile, Email/SMS & Notification Preferences

In your client profile, you can update your contact details (such as your name, email, phone number, and address). You can also manage your notification preferences.

  • Email notifications: used for booking confirmations, receipts, and important appointment updates.
  • SMS notifications (optional): used for appointment reminders and time-sensitive updates (if enabled in your profile).
  • Reminder/marketing preferences: you may choose whether you want reminders and/or promotional updates (when available).

Please ensure your email and phone number are correct so you don’t miss important updates. Message and data rates may apply for SMS, depending on your mobile plan.

Online Payment Options & Refunds

At checkout, you may choose to pay a 30% deposit or pay in full. Any amount paid online is applied toward your total balance on the day of your service.

Important: Refund eligibility is calculated from the payment/booking time (timestamp) — not the appointment date.

  • If you paid a 30% deposit: cancel within 48 hours of payment for a refund. After 48 hours, the deposit is not refundable.
  • If you paid in full: cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After 48 hours, you will be refunded everything except the deposit amount (30%), which is kept as a cancellation fee.

Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an upcoming appointment through the client portal within the allowed cancellation window. If cancellation is no longer available in your portal, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of booking/payment. Cancellations requested after 48 hours are considered late cancellations.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an upcoming appointment through the client portal within the allowed rescheduling window, subject to availability.

Rescheduling only changes the date and time. Service selections and options/variants cannot be changed—if you need changes, please create a new booking.

Late Arrival & No-Show

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
No-call / no-show (failure to attend without contacting us) results in all online payments being non-refundable (deposit or full payment) and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Coupons & Promotions

Promotional offers, discount codes, and coupons must be applied at checkout (when available) and cannot be applied retroactively after a booking is placed.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are: limited-time, non-transferable, and may have restrictions (services, dates, availability, one per customer, etc.).

If a booking is refunded, any promotional discount used is considered redeemed and is not reissued unless required by law or explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for services only and may be used online during booking or in-store. Gift certificates have no cash value, are non-refundable, and do not expire. Any remaining balance will stay on the gift certificate for future use.
